All Services are provided on a best-effort basis. OKRank does not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, traffic levels, leads, conversions, sales, or business growth unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

The scope, timelines, deliverables, and limitations of each service may vary depending on the plan, pricing, industry, competition, and external factors.

SEO, AI SEO & Local SEO Conditions

Search Engine Optimization (SEO), AI Search Optimization (AISO), and Local SEO are long-term, ongoing processes that depend on multiple external systems beyond OKRank’s control.

• • SEO results typically require 6–12 months or more to materialize
• • Rankings, impressions, traffic, or leads are never guaranteed
• • AI-generated answers depend on third-party platforms such as Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity
• • Local SEO results depend on proximity, competition, reviews, citations, and platform updates
• • Algorithm updates may positively or negatively impact visibility at any time

You acknowledge that search engines and AI platforms frequently update their algorithms and ranking systems. OKRank shall not be held responsible for sudden ranking drops, loss of traffic, or changes caused by such updates.

Technical limitations, website health, hosting performance, content quality, backlink profiles, and competitor activity all affect SEO outcomes.

Paid Ads & Performance Marketing

Paid advertising services are executed through third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Youtube, LinkedIn, or others.

• • OKRank does not guarantee ROI, cost-per-lead, or profitability
• • Platform bans, ad rejections, or account suspensions are outside our control
• • Any loss of ad spend or funds stuck in ad platforms is borne by the client
• • Clients are responsible for funding and monitoring their ad accounts

Performance marketing involves inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that ad outcomes depend on market demand, creatives, targeting, budget, and platform algorithms.

WhatsApp, SMS & Email Marketing

OKRank assists in the setup, integration, and automation of WhatsApp, SMS, and Email marketing systems. Message delivery and account health depend on third-party providers.

• • Number blocking, spam flags, or account bans are not our responsibility
• • Compliance with TRAI, Meta, WhatsApp, and email regulations is mandatory
• • Message content, consent, and legality are the client’s responsibility

Free SEO Audit & Checker Tools

OKRank offers free SEO audit tools and website checkers for informational and diagnostic purposes only.

• • Free users receive limited daily checks
• • Paid plans increase limits but do not guarantee accuracy
• • Tool outputs are indicative and should not be treated as professional advice

We reserve the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue free or paid tools at any time.

Online PR & Digital Media Publishing

Online PR and digital media publishing services involve third-party publishers, platforms, and editorial policies.

• • Published content may be removed at any time by publishers
• • Content removed due to complaints or policy violations is non-refundable
• • Longevity, indexing, or ranking of PR content is not guaranteed

Clients are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and intent of PR content provided.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OKRank and Spingtree Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
